Pakaya Fresh Farm is a sustainable dairy and livestock farming enterprise located in Lusaka, Zambia. We are dedicated to transforming livestock production through commercial dairy farming, practical skills development, and farmer empowerment.
As a member of the Palabana Dairy Cooperative, we work alongside fellow farmers to strengthen dairy production and expand opportunities for smallholder livestock producers. Our farm serves as both a productive dairy operation and a practical learning hub for the next generation of agricultural leaders.

Meet Our Founder
Hope Mwanza
Founder & Agribusiness Entrepreneur
Hope Mwanza is an agribusiness entrepreneur, dairy farmer, and livestock development advocate. She holds a Master's Degree in Project Management and serves as the Vice Chairperson of the Palabana Dairy Cooperative.
Through Pakaya Fresh, she has established a practical learning hub that equips aspiring livestock farmers, university students, and young graduates with hands-on experience through structured internship programmes and farmer training.
Her vision is to see Zambia's dairy sector grow into a competitive, sustainable industry that creates jobs, improves nutrition, and lifts communities out of poverty.
